I have worked with A/C Contractors three times now (one time for a chimney cleaning/inspection and two times for A/C repairs) and all experiences were great. Each of the contractors was very professional. They explained what they were going to be doing and about how long it should take. They were careful not to damage anything when moving about in the house and they made sure to clear any debris from the job before leaving. I really appreciate how each contractor took the time to educate me and my husband about different ways that we can maintain our A/C and chimney. I highly recommend them!!

The team at AC Contractors has provided me excellent service for a long time. This week, they replaced a storm-blown cap that shut down the outside unit, and tweaked the inside unit for emergency heat. Other times, they have provided counseling (Did you replace your air filter?) to get me going again. I like my air just right!

The drain pan overfilled and shut off the unit. We called for assistance but were not at home at first when the technician called. It was pretty late in the day, but Chris did come and attempt to solve the problem. He stayed quite a while. Meanwhile, I had already vacuumed the water out of the tray which caused the unit to start. Chris did a thorough inspection of the situation. Really didn't find any significant problem but made sure all drains were open and flowing. We appreciate his coming late and staying a while in a hot attic I might add to get us going. As of this morning, the unit is operating normally. We have been members of AC Contractors for 16 years and they have always treated us fairly. Thanks again for coming to our rescue.

Just found them through website, clicked their number and called—ba bam, my A/C works so fine and my children had no more complaints next morning. Thank you, A/C Contractors. And please sign up for the GOLD Club membership—you’ll pay $19.95 per month only, not like the other companies where you’ll pay $75 per month plus other charges. In A/C Contractors, I thought I’d pay $500 that day to fix my A/C unit but I paid nothing because I signed up for their GOLD CLUB MEMBERSHIP. I paid nothing, just $19.95 only for the membership.

They go above and beyond
We have used AC Contractors for a couple of years now, having tried other HVAC contractors. We have been very pleased. They come when they say they will, and we are notified when they are 15 minutes away. Our AC units are over 15 years old, and they keep them running like new and don’t try to talk us into replacing them. We have worked with both Andrew Roberts and Carl Husband of AC Contractors and recommend them both very highly. They go above and beyond, and they don’t mind me observing them while they work and my asking dumb questions about what they are doing and how the systems work (or don’t, as the case may be). I always learn something when they come out.
