They even give you a call to let you know when the service person is on the way. Something I appreciate is that the service person will put on shoe/boot covers so as to not track up your house. AC Contractors called to let us know the technicians were on their way and what time they would arrive. The two technicians came in and evaluated the inside and outside of the chimney and fireplace. After completing the cleaning service, they made recommendations for future cleaning and repairs and that AC Contractors would be able to do the work.
