I first met with Logan regarding the remodel I was planning for my Kilgore home. He was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. He did a walk through, listened to my concerns, and explained the heating/cooling needs of a house this size and structure. Communication between us was great from that day and until the day my home was ready for the actual installation. Jessie and H. were the installation team who came out and they arrived right on time. These guys were awesome and finished in just a few hours. They had to remove the old gas system and install the all new electric heat pump system. They were professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am very pleased and happy with this experience and will continue to use this company for all my heat and air needs. UPDATE - Dec 2020 - Over a year later and I'm still very pleased with the people and services of AC Contractors. Highly recommend this company.
