AC Contractors installed our air conditioning unit 2 years ago. We also purchased the service plan at that time. Every 6 months they come check the unit and change filters as needed at no additional charge. The staff are all wonderful! Reminders are sent out to remind us it’s time for our service and each time I call they are always friendly. She calls to let us know when the technician is on his way and gives his name for identification and safety. Carl has now been out several times and we just love him. He is so kind, is very thorough, and he always wants to provide professional and top-quality services. We highly recommend this locally owned company for their superior service.

This contractor installed my AC unit in 2014. They were supposed to register with the manufacturer for a 10-year warranty. The home was never registered. Upon calling AC contractors in 2023, I explained my warranty/unit was not registered and I was experiencing problems. Immediately after verifying their error, Brad informed me he would honor the warranty. In these most uncertain times, companies unequivocally place profit over honesty and families. This wasn't the case. Even at 9 years you kept your word! As a veteran, I am proud to call AC contractors my Hometown Heroes! Thank you!
